REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike by TIER app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official RSVG bike station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike outside of a station, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

RETURN
Return your cargo bike to its home station 33678 - Troisdorf Bahnhof, 33682 - Rathaus Troisdorf, 33681 – Ursulaplatz, 33509 - Siegburg Rathaus and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike outside of a station, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

If you return your bike outside of a station, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.
Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to only the first bike.
VRS chip cardholders cycle cheaper with RSVG-Bike. The link is made via the partner selection during registration or in the customer account. For verification, enter the VRS chip card number as printed on the card. VRS chip cardholders also enjoy discounts at Bergisches e-Bike, RVK e-Bike, KVB-Rad Köln, nextbike Bonn, wupsiRad Leverkusen and Eifel e-Bike.
Basic tariff
1 € / 30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 9 €/24 h.
Monthly tariff
10 € / month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 9 €/24 h).
Annual tariff
60 € / year
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 9 €/24 h).

If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 18 €/24 h.
