Registration
Subscription and JobTicket customers of moBiel GmbH link their customer account under “Partner” with their 9-digit customer number, starting with “16xxxxxxx”.
JobTicket customers receive their 9-digit code via their employer.
Subscription customers link their account via the 9-digit customer number (162XXXXXX); JobTicket holders via the individually assigned 8-digit ID and Deutschlandticket holders who purchased their Deutschlandticket in moBiel YOU via the 6-digit contract number. Applicable in Bielefeld and for one bike per rental.
Electricity and gas customers of Stadtwerke Bielefeld GmbH link their account with their 10-digit customer number under “Partner”.
Customers of BITel Gesellschaft für Telekommunikation mbH link their customer account under “Partner” with their 9-digit customer number, starting with “Bxxxxxxxx”.
Annual pass holders of the Bielefelder Bäder und Freizeit GmbH link to their customer account under “Partner” with their customer number.
Conditions
- The first 15 minutes of each standard bike rental are free.
- 1 € is charged for each additional 15 minutes. The maximum daily rate is 15 €.
- For rentals between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. of the following day, the night rate of maximum 4 € applies.
- Up to four bikes can be rented at the same time on one account, the discount applies to the first bike only. For further bikes the basic rate applies.
- The special rate applies in Bielefeld.
