Our tariffsHow it works
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Scan the QR code on the bike using the moBiel YOU app or the nextbike app, and the frame lock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your bike to a station or alongside the non-coloured streets. Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. For returns outside of the mentioned areas, we charge a service fee of €20.
Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
Monthly subscription
15 €/ month
The first 15 minutes of each rental are included. You pay €0.99 for every additional 15 minutes and a maximum of €15 per 24 hours.
Special rate
0 €/15 min
The first 15 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional 15 min will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
Night tariff: max. 4 € per rental between 6pm and 9am.
CAMPUSbike rate
0 €/60 min
The first 60 minutes of each rental are included. You pay €1 for every additional 15 minutes (up to a maximum of €15 per 24 hours).
