REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the meinSiggi app or moBiel YOU app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. In non-coloured streets / zones and at stations, the return is free of charge. In the yellow zone, the return is possible with a €1 surcharge. For returns outside of the mentioned areas, we charge a service fee of €20.

E-cargobikes are available at two stations: 33005 Siegfriedplatz and 33081 REWE Center Quermann. Scan the QR Code on the bike with themeinSiggi app and the FrameLock will open automatically.

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return the e-cargobike to the respective home station which is printed on the bike. If you return your bike away from its home station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.

Return your bike at no extra charge along the blue-marked streets and at official stations in Bielefeld. You will receive discounts on e-bikes and mobility stations. Improper return outside of the blue streets or stations, as well as on private property and in parks, will be fined at €20.
Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic rate
1 €/30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 10 €/24 h.
Monthly subscription
10 €/ month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
E-cargobikes and e-bikes are excluded.
Special rate
0 €/60 min
The first 60 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
Night tariff: max. 3 € per rental between 6pm and 9am.
E-cargobikes and e-bikes are excluded.

2 €/30 min
The maximum daily charge is 25 €/24 h.

Bonus
50% off
Return your e-bike to an e-bike or mobility station and you only pay 1 € for the first 30 minutes of each rental instead of 2 €.
