Register via app or website with your university email address. A confirmation link will be sent to your email address and your account will be activated automatically after verification.

You are already registered, but not with your university email address, or you only entered it after registering? Please contact our customer service on 030-69205046, and we will change your customer account.

Conditions

For every rental, the first 60 minutes within Germany are free*. If your journey takes more than 60 minutes, you will be charged 1 € for every additional 30 minutes. The maximum daily rate is 5 €. Once you have finished your rental, you can rent another bike for free after a 15-minute break. Up to three bikes can be rented at the same time on one account. The special conditions apply to all three bikes.

*Exceptions are WK-Bike Bremen, VAG_Rad Nuremberg, Usedomrad, StadtRad Greifswald, OLi-Bike Oldenburg and MVG Rad Munich.
