The S11 Bike service is available at all S11 stations affected by the disruption whilst the S-Bahn line between Cologne-Mülheim and Bergisch Gladbach is being modernised. VRS season ticket holders receive 30 free minutes per rental.

Our tariffsHow it works
Rent an S11 bike and cycle between the S11 stations affected by disruption: Köln-Mülheim, Holweide, Dellbrück, Dürscheid and Bergisch Gladbach.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.
Our tariffs
Up to four bikes can be rented at the same time on a single account. The VRS discount applies only to the first bike.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
VRS tariff
0 €/30 min
The first 30 minutes of each rental are free. After that, the basic tariff applies.
