Incurring fee in the amount of 1 €

You have returned the bike in the flex zone of Norderstedt, marked in pink on the location map. For this, a surcharge of 1 € per rental is normally charged. The first time you return the bike in the pink zone, we do not yet charge this. With the next flexible return, the surcharge will be calculated automatically. At stations and within the blue coloured zone, the return is possible without surcharge.

You have returned the bike improperly away from an official station of Norderstedt. There is a regular fee of 20 € per rental for returning bikes improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition, the fee of 20 € will apply automatically. Which return options are there in Norderstedt?

Bikes may not be returned outside from official stations in Norderstedt. For improper returns, a fee of at least 20 € will apply automatically.

At stations
You can return our bikes to any official station in Norderstedt. The stations are partly virtual, i.e. the locations are marked on the map with large markers, but there are no station signs on site.

White streets
You can return our bikes in Norderstedt at no surcharge on any white street within the flexzone. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.

Yellow marked Zone
You can return our bikes in Norderstedt on any public street within the yellow flexzone for a surcharge of 1 €. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.

Unjust fees? What now?

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at +49 (0) 30 69205046 or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem. We will correct the rental.

Merge of rentals

Successive rentals of the same bike are merged if this is the cheaper option for the user. This means that the final rental period is calculated from the start time of the first rental and the return time of the second rental. The break between the two rentals is then also added to the rental time. If a fusion of both rentals would be the more expensive option, both rentals will stay separate. Cargo bikes

you have returned the cargo bike improperly afar from a station in Norderstedt. Cargo bikes may not be returned flexible, but have to be returned to stations.
