Our tariffsHow it works
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike by TIER app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike within the blue marked zone and at an official nextbike by TIER station at no extra costs. For 1 € extra you can return your bike within the pink zone. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

RENTAL
Rent a cargobike easily via app: scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your cargobike to an official station. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. The flexible return of cargo bikes within the flexzone is not allowed. Cargo bikes may only be returned to stations!

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions, vouchers and special conditions typically apply to only the first bike.
Tink and e-Tink Cargo bikes can be reserved by app 30 minutes prior to rental. Therefore, a deposit of €2 will apply which will expire if the Cargo bike is rented within 30 min. In case the reservation expires the deposit will be withheld.
Basic tariff
0 € / 30 min
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 9 €/24 h).
