How it works!
How it works
If you are already registered to use nextbike on SAP Campus, you can continue to use SAP Bikesharing with the nextbike App.
However, if you are previously registered in another nextbike system, a new registration is necessary via this website – please inform our customer service at +49 (0) 30 69205046 in addition but the two accounts. A transfer of the first account is not possible.
You may only use SAP Bikesharing if you accept SAP’s terms of use for nextbike. You can find them HERE.
REGISTRATION
Registration for SAP employees takes place exclusively via this page. All SAP Walldorf employees can register using their business SAP email address and a phone number. Registration might not work with a foreign number.
RENTAL
SAP Bike-Sharing bikes can be rented at the stations on the SAP campus. Scan the QR code on the bike with the nextbike app and the frame lock opens automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. Please note that a parking session may not exceed 120 minutes.
RETURN
Return the bike at one of the stations of the SAP Walldorf or within the flex area (show flex area)
and press down the small lever on the frame lock. A return of SAP Bike-Sharing bikes at a station of the public rental system VRNnextbike - e.g. at the Walldorf train station - is not permitted.
