Incurring fee in the amount of 20 \u20ac<\/span><\/h4>\n

You have returned the bike improperly away from an official station or the pink flexzone of Potsdam. There is a regular fee of 20 \u20ac per rental for returning bikes improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition the fee of 20 \u20ac will apply automatically. You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:<\/strong> Go back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time.<\/p>\n

Which return options are there in Potsdam?<\/span><\/h4>\n
At stations<\/span><\/h6>\n

You can return our bikes to any official station in Potsdam. The stations are partly virtual, i.e. the locations are marked on the map with large markers, but there are no station signs on site. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Within the pink flexzone<\/h6>\n

Return your bike along pink marked streets for a surcharge of \u20ac1.<\/p>\n

Away from stations \/ flexzone<\/h6>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official stations or the pink flexzone of Potsdam. For improper returns a fee of at least 20 \u20ac will apply automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unjust fees? What now?<\/span><\/h4>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at +49 (0) 30 69205046 or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem.
