you have returned the bike improperly. Bikes have to be returned to one of the many NEW M\u00f6Bus nextbike stations. There is a regular fee of \u20ac20 per rental when returned improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition the fee will apply.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:
\nGo back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically with some bike types. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time.<\/p>\n

You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n

Which return options are there for NEW M\u00f6Bus nextbike?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At stations<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

You can return our bikes<\/strong> to any official NEW M\u00f6Bus nextbike station within the city. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.<\/p>\n

Away from stations:<\/h5>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official stations. There is no flexzone! For improper returns a fee of at least \u20ac20 per rental will apply automatically.<\/p>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at\u00a0+43 512 908 069<\/a>\u00a0or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem.
