you have returned the bike improperly. REVG mobic Bikes have to be returned to one of the REVG stations or along the y ellow marked streets. E-bikes have to be returned to e-bike stations. There is a regular fee of \u20ac20 per rental when returned improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition, the fee will apply.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:
\nGo back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically with some bike types. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time. Learn more about merging rentals.<\/p>\n

You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n

Which return options are there for REVG?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At stations<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

You can return our\u00a0standard bike<\/strong>\u00a0to any official REVG station within the Rhein-Erft-Kreis. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.<\/p>\n

At e-bike stations:<\/h5>\n

E-bikes may only be returned to e-bike stations.<\/p>\n

Along yellow streets<\/h5>\n

You can return the bikes along the yellow marked streets for a surcharge of \u20ac1.<\/p>\n

Away from stations:<\/h5>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official REVG stations or yellow streets. For improper returns, a fee of at least \u20ac20 for standard bikes and ebikes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for improper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at 0341-392839 65 <\/a><\/strong>or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem.
