REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at official stations at no extra costs. For \u20ac1 extra you can return your bike within the yellow zone. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 \u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a 1 \u20ac deposit is required and will become nextbike credit to use later on. <\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike by TIER app and the FrameLock will automatically open. <\/p>\n

PARKING MODE<\/h3>\n

Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. <\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your ebike at an official ebike station in Erftstadt and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. Our tariffs<\/h2>

Up to four bikes can be rented at the same time on one account. The monthly\/annual subscription and special conditions usually only apply to the first bike. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany except for Oldenburg, Usedom, Nuremberg, Kiel and Bremen. Between 5 pm – 8 am, a flat night tariff only for e-Bikes of 3 \u20ac applies to all tariffs.<\/strong> You can easily change your tariff in your mobic account under Account Settings.
