REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Leipzig: In non-coloured streets / zones and at stations, the return is free of charge. In the yellow zone, the return is possible with a €1 surcharge. Bikes can also be returned at stations in Schkeuditz. Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

RENTAL
Rent an e-cargobike in the North of Leipzig easily via app: scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your e-cargobike to its home station which is printed on the box. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. If you return your cargobike away from its home station, a service fee of 20 € will be charged.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
Monthly subscription
10 €/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
Annual subscription
60 €/year
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
e-Cargobike
1 €/15 min
You are charged every 15 minutes and pay a maximum of 15 €/24 h per rental.
