You have returned the bike improperly away from an official station of Kassel. There is a regular fee of 20 \u20ac per rental for returning bikes improperly. This fee does not apply to the first improper return. Please note that in case of repetition, the fee of 20 \u20ac will apply automatically. You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n

At stations<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

You can return our\u00a0standard bikes to any official nextbike station within the city. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.<\/p>\n

Away from stations:<\/h5>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official nextbike stations in Kassel. There is no flexzone! For improper returns, a fee of at least 20 \u20ac for standard bikes will apply automatically.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a\u00a0fee for inproper return even though you\u00a0returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at\u00a0+49 (0) 30 69205046<\/a>\u00a0or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem. We will correct the rental.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Merge of rentals<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Successive\u00a0rentals of the same\u00a0bike are merged if this is the cheaper option for the user. This means that the final\u00a0rental period is calculated from the start time of the first\u00a0rental and the return time of the second rental. The break between the two\u00a0rentals is then also added to the\u00a0rental time.<\/p>\n

If a fusion of both rentals would be the more expensive option, both rentals will stay separate. You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
