Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of at least \u20ac20 will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Return your cargobike to the station HSHL Campus Lippstadt. The return at other stations is not permitted. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Our tariffs<\/h2>

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>

For every rental of classic bikes and cargobikes (without electric assistance), the first 60 minutes are free throughout the HelBi area and in D\u00fcsseldorf. For journeys longer than 60 minutes, 0.50 \u20ac is charged for every additional 30 minutes.
