How it works<\/h2>\n\n

Pedelecs can be rented and returned in the following municipalities: Friedrichsdorf | Neu-Anspach | Usingen.<\/p>\n

Reserve a bike for up to 60 minutes. If the bike is not rented within this time, a cancellation fee of \u20ac1 will be charged.<\/p>\n

Please note the different return rules for e-cargobikes.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of at least \u20ac20 will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

E-cargobikes can be rented at designated cargo bike stations. Use the filter function in the app. Each e-cargobike is assigned a home station to which it must be returned to. It is indicated on the transport box.<\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The subscriptions are only valid within the flux Bikesharing scheme. In other cities the local basic rate applies.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
