Fee for improper returns away from stations

Dear nextbikers,

our bike sharing system in Marburg has been station-bound from the very beginning. Bikes must be returned to stations. Unfortunately, every so often bikes are returned improperly outside of stations. Collecting them again costs time and unnecessary kilometres with our transporter. Accordingly at the stations there are fewer bikes available.

Therefore, as of Tuesday September 15th the fee of 20€ will be imposed automatically.

You will be informed by SMS, Push Notification or e-mail. A justifiably imposed fee is not refundable.

If you have been charged a fee even though you have returned the bike at a station, please inform our customer service via app feedback or via the hotline, indicating the bike number, registered phone number and return station.
