2. Rent & Return
Quick. Simple. Flexible.
Caution: A cargobike is available for rent at station HSHL Campus Lippstadt. Please note that the cargobike may only be returned at this station.
RENT A BIKE
Rent a bike via app: simply scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock above the rear wheel will open automatically. Therefore never rent a bike from afar!

PARK A BIKE
You can park your bike inbetween your journey without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. In your app you can also stop it again once you want to continue your journey. The frame lock opens automatically. Therefore never stop the park mode from afar!
RETURN A BIKE
Return your bike to an official station in Lippstadt and close the frame lock. Refresh your app to make sure the bike was returned successfully.
RENT A CARGOBIKE
The Cargobike can be rented at station HSHL Campus Lippstadt. Scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically. You can also rent bikes by calling our hotline: +49 (0) 30 69205046. The lock opens automatically so never rent a bike from afar.
PARK A CARGOBIKE
You can park your bike without stopping the rental. Activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. Simply deactivate it again to continue your ride. The lock opens automatically. Therefore do not deactivate the park mode from afar.
RETURN A CARGOBIKE
Return your cargobike to the station HSHL Campus Lippstadt. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. The cargobike may not be returned to other stations than HSHL Campus Lippstadt.
REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

1 ACCOUNT = 4 BIKES
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and offers only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the standard rate.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes away from official stations is not allowed. The cargobike has to be returned to station HSHL Campus Lippstadt only. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
