Dear customer, 

We are going to change our payment service provider for credit card payments in order to improve our service quality. 
If you are paying currently via credit card, we kindly ask you to re-enter your payment details within your customer account. Afterwards, you can continue using our service as usual. 

Please update your payment details as described below:

  • nextbike app (Android or iOS): Open the menu and go to «Account Settings > Payment» 

OR

  • on our website: after you’ve logged in go to «Payment» within the menu.
