Once registered it is possible to use all nextbike-affiliated bike sharing systems worldwide.
2. rent a bike
Enter the bike number.
Scan the QR-Code.
Receive the four-digit lock code.
Enter the lock code into the BikeComputer or open combination lock.
Enter your phone number and PIN into BikeComputer.
The lock on the front hub will open and you will receive the lock code to park the bike via text message.
Contact our customer service under +49 (0)30 692 050 46 and name bike number.

IN GENERAL: Enter the bike number - receive the four-digit lock code - open the lock.
Some bikes have BikeComputers which allow you to directly enter the code on the bike.
You can use a single account to rent up to four bikes at once.
3. Return a bike
Return the bike to an official station and close the lock.
Return the bike over the app.
Bikes equipped with BikeComputer are returned using the BikeComputer. Press OK and close the fork lock. Wait for a confirmation.
IN GENERAL: Close the bike lock - select the appropriate station via the app, BikeComputer or hotline - confirm your return.
Bikes can only be returned at official stations. Otherwise a service fee of 20 € or more applies.
Starting credit
Before being able to take off on your first ride, you will first have to activate your customer account by verifying your means of payment (Credit Card or debit).
Upon confirming your payment method, you will be charged 1€.
This 1€ will be credited to you as a starting credit and can be used with all tariffs.
After debit via Credit Card, or via verified PayPal account, your customer account will be activated immediately. Debitting via credit transfer may take up to four days.
You can change your means of payment at any time.
