DVB subscribers enjoy 30 free minutes per rental. Simply select DVB under "Partners" and enter your DVB customer number.
Return fees
MOBIpoints
MOBIpoints are transfer points where, in addition to our bikes, trams, buses and car-sharing vehicles as well as charging stations for electric cars are available. They are marked on the map with large station markers. A total of 28 MOBIpoints are distributed within a 5 km radius of the city centre. For returning bikes here we reward you with 10 free minutes each. You can view your free minutes in your app.
RATES
Monthly rate: 10 €/month. Includes 30 minutes per rental for 31 days and is valid in all German cities (except for Bremen, Nuremberg and Usedom). The subscription prolongs automatically.In all other cities the basic rate will apply.
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and conditions only apply to the first bike, additional bikes are charged at the standard rate. You can change your tariff in your customer account.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations as well as on private ground or in parks is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
