Return

Along blue marked streets as well as at nextbike stations which are marked in the map, the return is free of charge. In the pink zone it is possible to return the bike with 1 € extra charge. For returns outside the mentioned locations we charge a service fee of 20 €.

REGISTRATION

The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time.

TARIFFS

  • Includes 30 free minutes per rental for 24 hours
  • is valid in Berlin
  • applies only to the first bike in case several bikes are rented parallely
  • does not prolong automatically
  • In all other cities the local basic rate will apply.
  • Includes 30 free minutes per rental for 31 days
  • is valid in all German cities but Bremen, Nuremberg, Oldenburg and Usedom
  • applies only to the first bike in case several bikes are rented parallely
  • does prolong automatically
  • Includes 30 free minutes per rental for 365 days
  • is valid in Berlin
  • applies only to the first bike in case several bikes are rented parallely
  • does not prolong automatically
  • In all other cities the local basic rate will apply.

SERVICE FEES

Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations as well as on private ground or in parks is not allowed. A fee of min. 20€ will apply. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
