REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types. You can change your preferred payment method at any time. One 1€ will be debitted for verification again.

RATES
Monthly rate for standard bikes: 10 €/month. Includes 30 minutes per rental for 31 days and is valid in all German cities (except for Bremen, Usedom, Nuremberg). In all other cities the local basic rate applies. Ebikes are excluded. The subscription prolonges automatically if not canceled in due course.
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time. Subscriptions and special conditions, however, only apply to the first bike.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes afar from the stations listed among the bike type is not allowed. Ebikes and cargobikes have to be returned to their home stations. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply for improper return. All prices and fees can be found in our price list.
