Eifel e-Bike is available in the following towns: Bad M\u00fcnstereifel | Blankenheim | Dahlem | Euskirchen | Schleiden | Hellenthal | Kall | Mechernich | Nettersheim | Weilerswist | Z\u00fclpich<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Push the bike into a charging dock of an official station of Eifel e-Bike and close the lock. At three stations<\/strong>Station Weilerswist - Bhf.
Station Kuchenheim Bahnhof
Station Euskirchen - Flamersheim Alte Lederfabrik<\/span><\/span> Eifel e-bikes AND welo bikes can be returned so you can switch to the neighboring rental system welo<\/strong><\/a>. Refresh your app to make sure the bike was returned successfully. If you return your bike away from station of those two systems, a service fee of at least 20 \u20ac will be charged. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Rent e-cargobikes at 'Euskirchen Bahnhof' and 'Euskirchen Kreisverwaltung'. Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.<\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your e-cargobike to one of the two e-cargobike stations in Euskirchen. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Our tariffs<\/h2>

Up to four bikes can be rented at the same time on one account. The monthly\/annual subscription and special conditions usually only apply to the first bike. Rentals between 5pm and 8am the following day are charged at a flat rate of \u20ac3 (\u20ac2 – VRS tariff).<\/strong><\/p>\n

VRS-Chipcard owners enjoy concessions with Eifel e-Bike, Bergisches e-Bike<\/a>, KVB-Rad Cologne<\/a>,\u00a0wupsiRad Leverkusen<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0welo<\/a>\u00a0(except for Sch\u00fclerTickets). The accounts can be linked by choosing VRS as a partner in your customer account. For verification provide your VRS chipcard customer number without special characters (add a 0 at the beginning if your number has 12 digits).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
