You have returned the bike in the flex zone of D\u00fcsseldorf, marked in yellow on the location map. For this, a surcharge of 1 \u20ac per rental is normally charged. At stations and within the non-coloured coloured zone, the return is possible without surcharge.<\/p>\n

You can view incurred fees in the rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login. You have returned the bike improperly outside the flex zone of D\u00fcsseldorf. A fee of 20 \u20ac per rental is due for this. At the first improper return outside the Flexzone we do not charge this yet. In case of repetition, the fee will be charged automatically.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:<\/strong> Go back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this remotely, as the lock will open automatically. The new rental will be merged with the old one and the improper return fee will be erased if you now return the bike properly.<\/p>\n
