Rheinbahn subscribers of the Ticket2000 and the BärenTicket enjoy an exclusive 30 free minutes per rental in Düsseldorf. After the 30 free minutes, the basic rate applies. The surcharge for the flexible return in the pink zone as well as possible service fees are still valid.

To take advantage of the benefit, simply register with nextbike and select Düsseldorf in the city list. After registering for a customer account, select the Rheinbahn under Partners and enter the personal, 10-digit chip card number, which can be found at the bottom right of the subscription card.

Up to four bikes can be rented to one account at the same time. However, the discount only applies to the first bike.
