Rheinbahn subscribers enjoy exclusive benefits, only via the redy app: Anyone traveling in Düsseldorf with a Ticket1000, Ticket2000, BärenTicket, or Deutschlandticket and who is at least 18 years old receives 10 x 15 free minutes per month. Beyond the free minutes, you will be charged at the basic tariff. The surcharge for the flexible return in the pink zone as well as any service charges continue to apply.

To use the free minutes, simply download the redy app (Rheinbahn), register and enter the chip card number under “Account” in Abovorteilen or confirm that you have a Rheinbahn subscription.

If you already have an account with nextbike by TIER, you have to register again via the redy app to benefit from the advantages. With this account you can only rent bikes in Düsseldorf. With your nextbike by TIER account you can still rent bikes in other cities.

The discount only applies to the first bike.
