Our tariffsHow it works
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. In non-coloured streets / zones and at official MOBIbike station or MOBIpoints, the return is free of charge. In the yellow zone, the return is possible with a €1 surcharge. For returns outside of the mentioned areas, we charge a service fee of €20.

RENTAL
You can find our cargobikes at a total of 10 cargobike stations. Use the search filter in the app. Scan the QR code on the bike and the frame lock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return the cargobike to its home station. This is also indicated on the bike. For returns away from the home station we charge a service fee of at least € 20.
Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your account settings.
Receive the DVB subscription benefit by linking your DVB customer number in the wallet of your app as a DVB subscriber or holder of the additional ticket Plus MOBI. Read how.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
Monthly subscription
10 €/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
DVB abo benefit
0 €/30 min
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € and max. 15 €/24 h.
Basic tariff
2 €/30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 18 €/24 h.
DVB abo benefit
0 €/30 min
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 2 € and max. 18 €/24 h.
