REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

In non-coloured streets \/ zones and at stations, the return is free of charge. In the yellow zone, the return is possible with a \u20ac1 surcharge. Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 \u20ac will be charged.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=”tariffs”][vc_column]

Our tariffs<\/h2>

You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
