you have returned the bike improperly. Our AW-bike e-bikes have to be returned to one of the many AW-bike stations in one of the following municipalities: Adenau, Altenahr, Bad Breisig, Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Brohltal, Grafschaft, Remagen or Sinzig.<\/p>\n

There is a regular fee of 20 \u20ac per rental when returned improperly. This fee does not apply to the first<\/strong> improper return. Please note that in case of repetition the fee will apply automatically.<\/p>\n

You can still avoid the fee:<\/strong>
\nGo back to the bike and rent it again. Do not do this from afar, as the lock will open automatically. The new rental will merge with the old one and the improper return fee will be cleared if you return the bike properly this time. Learn more about merging rentals.<\/p>\n

You can see the final charges for your rentals in your rental history in your app or in your customer account via the website login.<\/p>\n

At stations<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

You can return our e-bikes to any official AW-bike station within the Ahr valley. Please make sure that the bike is parked in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone.<\/p>\n

Away from stations:<\/h5>\n

Bikes may not be returned away from official AW-bike stations. There is no flexzone! For improper returns a fee of at least \u20ac will apply automatically.<\/p>\n

Due to slight GPS deviations, you may be charged a fee for inproper return even though you returned your bike at a station. No problem. Contact our hotline at +49 (0) 30 69205046<\/a> or send us a message via app with your registered mobile phone number, respective bike number and a short description of the problem.
